Framework Manager with Roads Operations & Maintenance

  • The role requires _
    significant leadership experience_ _and _
    people management skills, _which have been developed in the _
    road operations and maintenance services sector, _with particular emphasis on health, safety, quality, and operational delivery._
  • With ASHGHAL projects experience in operations & maintenance.
  • Preferably with Roads experiences in Qatar with Australian Road Maintenance and Operation.

THE ROLE:

The
Framework Manager is to lead, manage and develop an operational program of work in line with the Company's strategic objectives and its Vision, Mission, and Values.

They will be responsible for ensuring Company policies are implemented, monitored and audited, ensuring resources are adequate for the workload, engaging in business improvement programmes and establishing and meeting customer needs.


  • Extensive experience of Civil Engineering industry particularly ideally with experience of working in the roads projects in Qatar.
  • Strong personal and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • To be selfmotivated and be able to prioritise and manage workload
  • To be responsive to the needs of internal and external customers and colleagues
  • Able to adopt and champion a partnering ethos across all stakeholders in the project and Framework lifecycle

KEY MEASURES and TARGETS:
_Adherence to all deadline set_

  • Essential Previous experience in a Framework Management position.
  • Degree, or equivalent, in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Ability to communicate both up and down within CRCC and the Client Organisation.
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to deliver tasks to deadline.
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office package.
  • Ability to encourage and enable personal development of, and recognise and reward team.
  • Ability to lead by and set an example.
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers

Job Types:
