• Provide support to the ContractsManager in all contract management activities such as strategydevelopment; supplier/contractor qualification exercise;preparation and issue of Expression of Interest (EOI), NDAs,Invitation to Tender (ITT); tender evaluation and clarification;commercial negotiation; contract preparation and award; post-awardadministration; and finally, performance monitoring and managementprocesses.
• Assist in conducting contractualrisks analysis and to mitigate the risks, draft appropriatecontractual and commercial terms, and conditions, with support frombusiness functions to modify existing model contracts as and whereapplicable, to best serve and protect Companysinterests.
• Provide support in identifying newopportunities along with business functions to support the KPIimprovements and contract optimization initiatives, recommendingand executing the appropriate contracting strategies to supportCompanys objectives.
