Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in IT infrastructure and digital solutions, targeting both new and existing clients.
  • Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, and present appropriate IT infrastructure and digital solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers, stakeholders, and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and solution architects to design and customize IT infrastructure solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the company's IT infrastructure and digital solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to effectively position the company's solutions in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital sales campaigns, lead generation strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Track sales activities, manage pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales and IT infrastructure solutions are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in IT infrastructure sales, digital sales, or related fields, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, such as communication & networking solutions, IT security solutions, collaboration solutions, cloud services, data centers & backup solutions, surveillance and access control solutions, cybersecurity, and IOT solutions.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decisionmaking, and close deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment and coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Salary:
QAR6, QAR8,000.00 per month
