    • Building lasting relationships withclients and other call center team members based on trust andreliability.
    • Utilizing software, databases,scripts, and tools appropriately.
    • Understandingand striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providingexcellent consistent customer service.
    • Makingsales or recommendations for products or services that may bettersuit client needs.
    • Taking part in training andother learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company andposition.
    • Adhering to all company policies andprocedures.
