AccountantKey Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, vouchers, and payment documentation.
Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable aging reports.
Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 7+ years of relevant accounting experience in a senior-level role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
Experience handling full set of accounts independently.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Immediate Joiner preferred.
