Responsibilities include:

• Managing the direct business portfolio efficiently.
• Cultivating strong client relationships through regular visits and informative sessions on policies.
• Proactively following up with former clients to maintain engagement.
• Collaborating with customers and underwriters to identify suitable insurance options.
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Facilitating the delivery of insurance documents when necessary.
• Supporting debt collection efforts when required.
• Assisting with the claim documentation process as needed.
• Performing any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in new business development, lead generation, and account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Experience with CRM software
