Job Description Main purpose The keyobjective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs,delivering a first class customer service to increase theprofitability of the business while remaining committed to treatingcustomers fairly


Key responsibilities:
Follow clear instructionsand guidelines to investigate, resolve and process high volumecustomer enquiries delivering customer value at first point ofcontact Identify and understand customer needs in order to providea consistently high quality service Effectively promote the clients products and enhance customer experience and loyalty Provideaccurate information on products and services to ensure consistencyacross the organization and provide a reliable and trustworthycustomer service Escalate any queries, complaints and operationalor regulatory risks to the relevant team to ensure they are handledand resolved in a timely manner Ensure action is taken to increasecustomer retention, loyalty and build a credible reputation Operatecustomer related information systems to the required standardmaintaining accurate and secure records Requirements Understand andadhere to the company and department standards, policies andprocedures Adhere to procedures, in particular, to promote aculture where customers are treated fairly and are properlyinformed Customer service Pro-active problem solving anddecision-making skills
