Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via our social media channels.
- Informing customers about our new features, products, and offers.
- Identifying customer needs and assisting them to place orders.
- Analyzing and reporting product issues.
- Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance.
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Gathering customer feedback.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Experience working with customer support.
- Familiarity with social media.
- Good communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and problemsolving skills.
Salary:
From QAR3,000.00 per month
