    • Manage and coach a team of Critical System Health Program Managers to deliver against the team's key objectives, while also building an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
    • Define the team's strategic priorities, operating model, and overall approach for improving the most critical Google Customer Solutions (GCS) systems/tools and associated infrastructure improvements, to detect and prevent issues from occurring.
    • Build strong relationships and skillfully influence both technical and business leaders across key cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales Finance, CSO, Business Programs, Sales, etc.) to enable the team and drive change.
    • Coach the team for structuring both technical and business problems that enable effective identification, diagnosis, monitoring, and ultimately improvement of GCS systems and tools.
