    • Provide technicalmanagement of telecom infrastructure, ensuring that agreed servicelevels are met and all relevant policies and procedures are adheredto.
    • Supervise IT telecominfrastructure maintenance and installation work, including majorconfiguration changes and upgrades in consultation with otherswhere appropriate, including user representatives, facilitiesmanagers, and contractors. Ensure tasks are carried out in linewith service levelagreements.
    • Conductinvestigations on system performance, security, risks, and systemusage, and make proposals forimprovement.
    • Ensure thatoperational incidents and problems are identified, recorded,monitored, and resolved, and provide appropriate status and otherreports to specialists, users andmanagers.
    • Lead thedefinition, documentation, and safe execution of small tomedium-scale projects, engaging with stakeholders and activelyparticipating in all phases of theproject.
    • Lead all stages ofthe life cycle for telecoms software/hardware Infrastructurecommunication systems, including investigation, analysis,specification, design, construction, testing, maintenance, upgradeand migration.
    • Providetechnical expertise to enable the correct application ofoperationalprocedures.
    • Ensure that alltasks and procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently toagreed levels of service or specific requirements of service oroperational levelagreements.
    • Conductinvestigations of operational problems, provide reports andproposals for improvement, to specialists and users and participatein reviews of Telecoms Infrastructure systems performance, provideadvice, and assist specialists or other system or service providersto plan amendments and other improvements to Telecoms systems andoperation.
    • Contribute to theplanning and implementation of installation and maintenance workassociated with the installation, including building andconfiguring infrastructure components and ensure implementation ofagreed infrastructure changes and maintenance routines, utilizingthe appropriate tools and test equipment. Ensure that proceduresare followed, including those relating to safety andsecurity.
