BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST
We are currently looking to expand our team with a talented and motivated Business Development Executive - Female.


Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients and businesses in need of recruitment and outsourcing solutions.
  • Initiating contact and building strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Understanding client needs and tailoring our services to meet their specific requirements.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets to drive company growth.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment or outsourcing sector.
  • Possess a valid Qatar Driving License to facilitate outdoor activities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamoriented environment.
