About the role

Other operational duties would include:

  • Perform analysis in the area of remuneration and organization design to highlight relevant insights and trends.
  • Develop dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Consult with internal HR business partners, department heads and management to develop and test hypothesis in the area of remuneration and organization design.
  • Showcase dashboards and insights to management and other stakeholders to drive a datadriven decisionmaking culture.
  • Educate HR colleagues on datadriven decisionmaking, data analytics and dashboards.
  • Provide expertise and support on Remuneration and Organization Design projects.

Qualifications:


About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Remuneration and Organization Design Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of jobrelated experience
  • Experience in a multicultural environment
Essential

  • Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits and/or organization design related experience
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets, with an emphasis on data analytics, visualization and dashboarding, preferably in business operations or HR
  • Experience in a multinational corporation environment
Preferred

  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools and/or data warehouse development projects
  • Accreditation in data analytics, compensation and benefits and/or organization design highly desirable
  • Experience in a consulting environment an asset
