Job Summary:
- Meet and/or exceed sales target for rental and lease revenue
- Source, identify, meet, qualify and close deals with prospects at profitable terms
- Meet minimum number of new prospects and existing customer per day
- Prepare proposals, presentations and quotations to prospects and existing customers
- Review proposals, existing rates at renewal/extension of lease or hire stage to maximize sales/revenue opportunities
- Use company approved sales & service techniques when determining customer needs
- Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs
- Prepare all rental and lease documents include off hire documents accurately and completely
- Follow rental policy to protect the assets and interest of the company
- Qualify each customer using our company rental requirements guidelines
- Prepare periodical sales report and market information report for analytical based decisions
- Develop, cultivate and nature new clients to maximize sales revenue with protect existing customers from competitors
- Individual performance is essential in a team based work environment. Flare for sales and go better approach
Skills:
- Presentable and possess excellent communication skills
- With experience in field sales is an advantage
- Preferably with driving license
