• Leading and overseeing theactivities and tasks carried out by the mentoring &supervision team of researchassistants.
• Closely follow up on the progresswith the schools/module development, and provide needed support andsolutions to existing challenges faced in coordination with linemanager.
• In addition, the senior specialistwill work on publishing research papers to share the programoutputs and innovative educational tools and techniques. Moreover,optimizing the work progress of the specialists'team.
• Oversees all aspects of the laboratoryand infrastructure needed to support modules successful delivery inaddition to support the designing and practical testing of newmodules.
• Direct the efforts of organizing themandate of the Young researcherprogram.
• Initiate the communication withvarious researchers across campus and coordinate student assignmentto developed projects
• Work closely with SectionHead of Module Development and publication regarding and dispatchof students in the various projects.
• Prepare anaction plan with the director of YSC for the period assigned by thedirector.
