1. Servers_also called waiters and waitresses, are responsible for ensuring that customers have a satisfying dining experience.
Servers are on their feet most of the time and often carry heavy trays of food, dishes, and drinks. The work can be hectic and fast paced. During busy dining periods, they are under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently. They must be able to work well as a team with kitchen staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service.

2. Cooks (Prep / Line)_our Prep and Line Cook assist with food preparation in our kitchen and adhere exactly to the chef's instructions and recommendations. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction and kitchen efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing and stocking cooking stations, preparing much of the food, and follow instructions from the more senior chefs.

3. Host / Hostess_a host or hostess is someone who is responsible for greeting customers at a restaurant with a smile, welcoming them into the establishment, seating them, and providing them with a menu. They are the organizer, the herder, and the first and last impression of the restaurant.

Keeping the restaurant orderly, making sure the customers are contented, and keeping track of what's going on at each table are just some of the ways a host helps to keep a restaurant and its guests happy.

4. Kitchen Staffs Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations. Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef. Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
