  • Job Purpose
  • Review/Approve Punchlist activities and categories.
  • Liaise with Project Management Team to monitor Punchlist close out.
  • Liaise with Contractor as part of Project execution.
  • Prepare Completion related Punchlist reports.
  • Check readiness of Punchlist Documentation.
  • Coordinate for Punchlist walkdown at various stages of the Project.
  • Report to Manager as per project Organization chart.
  • Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Science (or equivalent).
Knowledge and/or Experience- Minimum of Five (5) years' experience in EPC/EPCC projects, in leading a Punchlist activity, with strong skills in:

  • Specifications, codes and standards
  • Interpretation of IFC construction drawings
  • Hand Over and completion process
  • Computing science and Databases (Excel, Access)
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Strong knowledge of system completion tools
  • Multi Discipline skills
