Responsibilities
Accurately input data into our database systems from various sources Verify and cross-reference data to ensure its integrity Maintain data quality and consistency by regularly reviewing and updating records Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Perform data cleansing and validation tasks Support other departments with data-related requests Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures Meet deadlines and productivity targets Adapt to changing data entry requirements and priorities Provide feedback and suggestions for system enhancements Handle data entry projects with a high degree of accuracy Organize and manage electronic files and records Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus) Excellent typing speed and accuracy Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Basic understanding of data management principles Ability to work independently and remotely Effective time management skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus Previous data entry experience is a bonus but not required
