We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chicken Restaurant Steward.

The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment, including chicken preparation tools, according to established procedures. Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are maintained and operated safely to uphold food safety standards. Handwash items as needed, paying close attention to quality and efficiency to support the kitchen team. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms, including regular sanitization of surfaces. Assist with organizing and stocking supplies, including chicken platters, utensils, cleaning supplies, and food items. Dispose of waste, including chicken bones and other foodrelated materials, in accordance with waste management guidelines. Support kitchen and service staff by assisting with food preparation, such as washing and portioning chicken, and bussing tables during busy periods. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries, including proper handling of hot surfaces and kitchen equipment. Communicate effectively with team members and management to report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or other concerns related to stewarding duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with a particular focus on poultry handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support restaurant operations.
