• Evaluate project specifications,drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions,establishing comprehensive project schedules in coordination withthe team while identifying crucial installationtimelines
• Oversee the procurement of suppliesand materials required for project completion, and activelyparticipate in project cost reviews to ensure financialefficiency
• Assist the Operations Manager incontracting subcontractors, coordinating their activities to alignwith the project scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements whileensuring adherence to safetyregulations
• Conduct orientations for projecttechnicians, providing all necessary project documentation such asscope of work, technical drawings, project contacts, andapplication-engineered diagrams
