    KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Coordinates the cashiers' functions.
    • Assistsand trains cashiers and assistant accountant.
    • Contributes to the recruitment of suitably qualified andexperienced Cashiers
    • Assists in preparing the cashforecasting and analysis.
    • Assists in performing complexcashiering and back office functions for daily, weekly and monthlycash collection and reconciliation.
    • Manages transactionwithin the hospital billing and refund policies, withconfidentiality.
    • Provides continuing training andguidance to cashiering staff.
    • Ensures team adherence tothe Sidra policies and procedures
    • Assists with thepreparation of the daily bank deposit in accordance with Sidrapolicies.
    • Assists with the verification, processing andposting of all direct debits, standing orders and other automaticpayments.
    • Assists in the maintenance of the records ofall cash applications and cash / receipts reconciliation.
    • Performs and assists with error correction and balancingon a daily basis
    • Assists the line Manager incontributing to all management reporting functions in relation tocash receipts within the treasury activities in an accurate andtimely manner.
    • Attends administrative meetings andparticipates in committees and working groups for Treasury andCorporate Finance as requested
    • Participates inprofessional development activities and maintains professionalaffiliations.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Adheres to Sidra's standards as they appear inthe Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.

    QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    ESSENTIALPREFERREDEducationBachelor's Degree in Business and/or Finance(Commerce / Accounting) Experience3+ years of experience intreasury / cash management Treasury / cash management knowledge andexperience in healthcare is an advantage.

    Certification andLicensure Professional MembershipCMA, CPA, CGA, CA, CFA or otherAccounting or Finance Designation Job Specific Skills and Abilities

    • Knowledge of treasury / cash management;
    • Detail oriented, analytical and problem solving ability,
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) needed topresent and communicate effectively with all levels of management;
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Demonstratedability to work in a team environment.
    • Knowledge ofFinance policies and procedures.
