Production Supervisor - Frozen Food Products

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Oversee and coordinate daily production activities for frozen food products, including Spring Rolls, Samosas, Nuggets, and similar items.
Plan production schedules to optimize output, meet customer demands, and minimize downtime.
Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and efficiency goals.
Identify and address any production issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain product quality.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the production process.
Conduct regular inspections of products, equipment, and production lines to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements, including equipment upgrades and workflow adjustments.
Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve production targets.

Inventory Management:

Work closely with the Inventory team to maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials for production.

Health and Safety:

Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all production personnel.
Conduct regular safety training sessions and promote a safetyconscious culture within the production team.
