    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with corporate clients across GCC market;
    Identifies business opportunities in Corporate & MICE segment by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options;
    Maintain an up to date account and contact database and special client needs in order to understand better the requirements of the clients;
    Proactively seeks knowledge of industry developments and use it to enhance the skill set;
    Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;
    Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences;
    Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
    Effective communication skills
    Being courteous professional and persistent
    Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
    Good timemanagement skills
    Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
    Good problemsolving skills
    Working with business groups and events

    Qualifications
    High school Diploma or University Degree
    Proven experience working as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager
    Proficient in MS Office programmes
    Fluent level of English and Arabic language is a must
    Proven record of met quota
    Fast learner and passion for sales
    Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
    Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
