- Perform financialanalysis and reporting to management as needed.
- Performmonth-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journalentries
- Coordinate with finance team to completeassigned accounting tasks within deadlines
- Evaluatecomputerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to ITteam for performance improvements
- Generate financialreports and statements to Managers for review
- Analyzefinancial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determinebudget variances and report the same to management.
- Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timelyfashion.
- Provide guidance to other Accountants whenneeded.
- Assist in budget preparation and expensemanagement activities for assigned accounts
- Assist inauditing activities by providing necessary information andpreparing requested documentations.
- Monitor and recordfinancial transactions according to company policies andregulations.
- Review and recommend changes to existingaccounting procedures
- Maximizes the hotel cash flowperformance through controlling the disbursements.
- Enforces documents and establishes the adequate control system forall expenses for assets protection and ensure that control will notaffect the guest service
