INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY


Primary purpose of job
Lead and provide specialist support for Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communication to the ERP

Competency Centre, Management, and the Business end users. Focus on OCM realization with respect to people, projects,

and changes, while promoting standardization, optimization and streamlining of existing business processes to contribute to

the overall improvement of the efficiency of the ERP Competency Centre.

Promote and deliver effective Organization & Change Management activities from OCM strategy to delivery by utilizing

effective communication and addressing various targeted stakeholders. This includes communication activities, training

activities, stakeholder management, value creation and change impacts while ensuring that a continuous improvement and

sustainable changes are effective.


Experience & Skills

  • Track record of successful OCM delivery for complex large scale SAP projects implementation (minimum 4
implementations).

  • Proficient with SAP project methodologies and PMP methodologies
  • A total of 10 years professional work experience including:
  • minimum of 8 years hands-on proven business experience in Organization & Change management (including
Communication and Training) in an IT environment, preferably in Oil & Gas related industry.

  • Expert in creative writing and developing communication content and customize messages to various targeted audiences
in English language.

  • A proven selfdriven, team player, and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation, and
documentation skills.

  • Able to initiate and implement the Organization & change communications for the deployment of SAP projects and support
activities across the corporation. Keeps SAP stakeholders informed of current activity status and of future projects.

  • Ability to influence others to support QatarEnergy vision, strategic objectives, and common goals
  • Ability to understand, address and mitigate OCM challengesExperience in working with different levels within the
organization.


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Business / Engineering or equivalent
  • Certification in Change management (e.g.
PROSCI)
