Job summary
The purpose of this role is to manage plan and coordinate services provided to patients ensure a clear and smooth process and procedure for the patients especially for those seeking interdependent services.Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of the Outpatient clinic and the coordination of assessment appointments between the medical and therapies teams increasing efficiency and quality of care.
- Liaise with the multidisciplinary team in making urgent appointments and coordinating appointments.
