- Conduct site visits, FAMtrips, sales trips as required based on business requirements andpro-active targets
- Responsible for the promotion andsales of all products of the hotel, including but not limited torooms, catering, banquets, etc.
- Complete sales targetsand related tasks set by the hotel.
- Develop sales plansand obtain approval from the Director of Sales, maintaining anddeveloping customers in the region or industry according to theplan.
- Understand customer needs through telephone sales,face-to-face visits and other forms, achieving sales.
- Produce quotations efficiently, send contracts to customers andfollow-up promptly.
- Show clients around the hotel.
- Operate the hotel reservation system to book rooms,banquet venues, etc.
- Send the team s work order promptlyand ensure that the relevant departments receive relevantinformation.
- Establish a good relationship withcustomers, maintaining the update of customer information andpromptly report customer needs and feedback to the hotel.
- Recommend other hotel chains within the group toclients.
- Proactively collect market and industryinformation to share with other members of the Sales team tocapture business opportunities and ultimately convert to businessconfirmations.
- Ensure effective communication betweenthe Sales team and the hotel Operations team through regularmeetings and assist the Banquet Sales or Operations department tofollow-up on events occurring during the banquet or meeting.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints.
- Maximizesales at all times and effectively forecast team and banquetrevenue.
- Provide necessary supervision and guidance tothe Sales Director or sales representative as needed in developingteam quotes or contracts.
- Actively participate in thedevelopment of marketing plans and collaborate to achieve budgets.
- Assist the Director of Sales to allocate daily workeffectively according to the Sales team structure.
- Coachthe Sales team to always ensure that quality services and productsare delivered to customers.
- Lead the Sales team toachieve departmental goals.
- Assist the Director of Salesin recruiting, selecting and training employees to maintain teamvitality and stability.
- Conscientiously perform assignedtasks and special tasks.
- University degree.
- Strongunderstanding of leisure segment
- 5 years or above hotelsales and related experience (preferably in resort).
- Fluent English is a must
- Good communication, organizationand presentation skills.
- Able to work under strongpressure.
- Understand international customers and havestrong market analysis ability.
- Able to lead byexample
