• The position is located at QatarOffshore, and is responsible to ensure effective implementation ofthe Qatargas Project Management Systems (QGPMS) through the ProjectQuality Plan and Quality Processes. Ensure through Qualitymonitoring and measurement the implementation of QGPMS &EPCI contract quality requirements, Leading quality audit programs,quality surveillance and quality control programs. Develops,implements and reports on the pipelay and cable lay phase qualitysurveillance program.
• Bachelor'sdegree in engineering or similar. CSWIP Senior Welding Inspection.Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. ISO 9712/ NACE NDE-CoatingQualifications.
• Professional Quality Engineerwith 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction, pipelay andcablelay on Offshore Oil & Gas Projects representingClient.
• The position is an OFFSHORE basedassignment with Offshore 90% / Onshore10%.
• Specialisation: ExperienceinSubstructures.
