    One of the most competitive salaries in the countryComplimentary meals on dutyAmazing learning and development programsDiscounted rates at The Ned Doha Fantastic career growth opportunitiesA Front Office Agent/Receptionist working with us entails the following:To process all guests check-ins by confirming reservations in Opera verifying guest identity, requesting form of payment, assigning room, and issuing room key in accordance with property policies and proceduresTo secure valid form of payment (e.g.

    credit card, cash) prior to issuing room keyTo set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check in according to their requirementsTo activate room keys using electronic key machine (Salto) and reissue new room keys to guest as necessary (e.g.

    lost key) by verifying guest identity and using electronic key machineTo assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possibleTo verify and adjust billing for guestsTo process all check-outs including express check-outs, resolving any late and disputed charges, settling account, retrieving room keys, and requesting comments on guest's stayTo advise guest of any messages (erg voicemail, mail faxes) received for them, and send to room if requiredTo accommodate requests for room changes when possibleTo assist with Stay Over reservationsTo file guest paperwork or documentation respecting GDPR guidelinesTo sell a room/accommodation to guests without reservations based on availabilityTo communicate and prioritise rooms on 'Q' and keep track of changes in room statusTo co-ordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and to report guest concernsTo confirm reservations and cancellationsTo instruct guests on how to access the internet and hotel facilities (spa, restaurants)

    To run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracyTo complete designated cashier and closing reports in Opera and to prepare the adjustment forms needed for financeTo run credit card authorization report and check for discrepanciesTo charge late charges on guests bills (Minibar, Laundry, Cowshed products)To update guests details in the system according to the information provided on the Registration CardQualifications:
