    • Ensures all new Colleagues andLeaders attend the New Hire Orientation in adherence with the brandstandard
    • Oversee leadership developmentprograms for all brands
    • Provide developmentsupport and succession management guidance to the Group Executiveteam
    • Prepare the Group's annualtraining budget, forecast monthly, and ensure compliance withfinancial guidelines for the Trainingbudget
    • Model and communicate the mission,promises, values, and ethical standards set out by theCompany
    • Responsible for creating, developing,implementing, and assessing the effectiveness of a training anddevelopment policy and programs to enhance the overall skills,knowledge, engagement, and career development of allColleagues
    • Works with Department Heads andmanagers to develop and ensure On the Job Training and new hiretraining programs are implemented and successfullydelivered
    • Ensures all training programs incompliance with the law are being delivered (i.e. skills training,food certifications, respectful workplace training,etc.)
    • Responsible for ensuring the brand coreHR standards are being met in the Learning & Developmentsection
    • Assist as requested, with team buildingexercises, retreats, meeting planning, and facilitation to supportimproved individual and teamperformance
    • Supports the Corporate Learning andDevelopment departments as required on the development andimplementation of new programs andinitiatives
    • Actively participate with localindustry associations and academic counsels related tohospitality
    • Develop and implement"add hock" training if required to meet thedemands of the hotel and workforce
    • Benchmarkand document hotel "best practices" andtranslate them into actionable performance processes that can beimplemented company-wide
    • Supports newleadership and hourly training programs launched to fill oursystem-wide performance effectivenessgap
    • Support the leaders to ensure that theQuality standards are being implemented and used in a dailymanner
