- Provide direction to sitemanagement in response to any identified regulatory and otherobligation non-conformance to assure a timely and adequateresponse.
- Participate in setting the overallHACCP / Food Safety strategy and responsible for directing managersto assure complete implementation within thesite.
- Provide direction to management andsupervisors in the implementation of a positive HACCP / Food Safetyprocess and culture within thesite.
- Application of compliance methodologiesand measurement tools for application within the operationalenvironment
- Coach and mentor site managementand supervisors to understand and implement zero incidentmanagement strategies consistent with site/project needs and inaccordance with Milaha HSEQ ManagementSystems.
- Assure that site management andsupervisors are reducing the site-specific risk profile to as lowas reasonably practicable by using industry specific HACCP / FoodSafety hierarchy of control principles.
- Provinghigh level technical expertise input to managers and supervisorswhere required.
