    Role We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM lead for service transition & service operations tower ITSM PM to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within our organization.

    The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management ITSM processes, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and have a proven track record of successful implementations.


    Key responsibilitiesITSM implementation Lead the end-to-end implementation of ITSM processes and best practices for following ITSM towers service transition & Service operations.

    Process design based on industry standards Change management Prepare strategies to ensure smooth transition to ITSM practices Prepare KPI s and metrics to monitor the performance of ITSM process
