Duties & Responsibilities
Handle all of the governmental tasks, requests and official work.
Deliver and receive cash / clearing cheques / other documents from banks promptly.
Responsible for hand delivery of important department mails / documents to the respective companies in time.
Responsible for delivering collection cheques to various banks and obtaining acknowledgements and receipts.
Responsible for receiving guests from the airports and hotels as when required.
Prompt despatch of inward & outward mails according to the criticality of documents.
Be customer-driven and try to give suggestions for process improvements.
Assist the HR department in any other job assigned by the administration officer.
To adhere to the policy of staff code and conduct regarding the disclosure of any confidential information pertaining to company offices and its customers (both internal and external) to any third party.
Responsible for processing all kinds of visa formalities for the staff and subsequent renewals, QIDs, Health Cards,.. etc.
Responsible for arranging visit visas for guests arriving from overseas for training's and meetings.
Provide leave cover for other representative on his rest day/annual leave.
Provide all kinds of letters and forms related to HR department.
Help all of the company employees and departments through the governmental and official work and procedures and cooperates with HR department.
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
- 13 years of Qatar laws and rules experience.
- Fair knowledge of both spoken and written English and Arabic and good experience in computer.
- Valid car driving license.
- Fair idea of locations of ministerial offices and local ministries.
- Have a NOC to his transfer sponsorship. (Transferrable Visa).
Salary:
QAR2, QAR2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
