DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Cleans and supplies all assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to the standard lay down in the service standard manual.
- Cleans guest hallways and stations in assigned areas to the standard laid down in the service standard manual
- Cleans, stocks and set up store rooms and linen room pantries to the standard lay down in the service standard manual.
- Uses and maintains all equipments to the standard laid down in the service standard manual.
- Reports any loss, theft, damaged or strange behaviour/ incidents to the floor supervisor.
- Reports any maintenance requirements to the floor supervisor.
- Reports any discrepancies in room status to the floor supervisor.
- Assists with any guest request.
- Provides and maintains the highest standard of guest care and service
- Maintains high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times
- Ensures that your designated uniforms are worn well pressed and in good state of repair and to ensure that wear a name badge at all times.
- Ensures good knowledge of all hotel facilities and be able to answer guest questions in a quick, polite and helpful manner.
- Handles any guest complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolved/ unresolved incidents are reported to the supervisor.
