    Yourdaytoday:

    • Acquire developand manage local corporate business and government accountsaccording to the set businessmixstrategy.
    • Ensure maximum acceptance of RFPs.Acquire develop and manage business travel agent accounts accordingto the set business mix strategy.
    • Constantlymonitor the market and the competition and report on threats andopportunities.
    • Provide accurate and timelyreporting on segment and account production and propose tactics andstrategies to improve revenue or avoidshortfall.
    • Implement and execute all salesobjectives and action plans to reach and exceed the targetsset.
    • Build strong relationships with customersGuests and Team Members to gain a full understanding of their needsand work to serve them effectively.
    • Ensure allrequests are handled in the timeframe set by thecompany

    Whatwe need from you:

    • Bachelorsdegree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketingor related field
    • Four ormore years of experience in a hospitality or hotel salessetting
    • Must have previouslocal experience(Qatar)
    • Strong knowledgeof local businesses and business trends required
    • Excellent in usingcomputers and wellversed in all computerapplications
    • Clearcommunication; effective verbal and written communication skills inEnglish. Arabic speaking will be a definiteadvantage
