Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing the leadership, guidance, support, and direction for the cleaning and maintenance of all Facilities, aiming to achieve the best results.
- Oversee operations of the company working with Senior Management from other contracts and departments
- Have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery of all Projects contracts.
- Overseeing financial and technical matters with a focus on performance of services delivered.
- Draft and submit Financial Budgets for each service sector to Senior Management showing financial performance outputs.
- Support the preparation of new opportunities with reviewing the organization structure, technical specifications, and financial parameters in cooperation with the Business Development Team.
- To ensure contract compliance with the company's policies and regulations on Quality, Environment and Health & Safety and Qatari labour laws.
- Leading the team and demonstrating continual motivation to deliver an exceptional quality of service.
- To deliver a high quality of service solutions through the understanding of building assets and the associated required cleaning and maintenance solutions.
- Develops a bid strategy and solutions in collaboration with the Business Development team cost and operating strategies and tactics.
- Studies documents and any technical information received during bid preparation for optimal solutions and budget.
- Liaises with operational, financial and legal teams to agree on approach, risks and budget.
- Develops and designs innovative facilities management solutions and adapts them to market needs and opportunities.
- Provides leadership for technology watch activities in facility management. Aims to develop the creative potential available within the company. Proposes and tests new ideas.
- Identifies and quantifies risks, mitigation measures and opportunities.
- Provides leadership and collaborates with the operations team during mobilization phase.
- Ensuring a high standard of all staff ́s personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Engineering or equivalent
- Fifteen years' experience in Facility Management business
- Previous experience in leading facilities management and maintenance functions on large projects
- Fluent English, Arabic is desirable.
- Proven ability in leadership, team building, time management, driving results, innovation, negotiation, and customer management.
- Excellent communication skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.
Salary:
QAR45, QAR500,000.00 per month
