Key Competencies:

Proven Sales Experience:Demonstrated success in outdoor sales, particularly in the fit-out or related industry. A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of Fit-Out Industry:Deep understanding of fit-out solutions, interior design concepts, and industry trends. Familiarity with various fit-out materials, processes, and project lifecycles.

Client Relationship Management:Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Effective communication skills to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.

Negotiation and Closing Skills:Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Comfortable discussing pricing, terms, and contract details with clients.

Self-Motivated and Results-Driven:Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to sales. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Market Research and Prospecting:Ability to conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities. Proactive in prospecting and generating new business leads.

Flexibility and Adaptability:Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs. Willingness to work outdoors, attend client meetings, and travel as required.


Qualifications:


  • Possess a Valid Qatar Driver's License.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales related to fitouts and interior design.
  • Must speak English fluently.
  • Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC) are mandatory.
  • Available to join immediately.

Salary:
From QAR3,000.00 per month
