Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Safety awareness is mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years or more of maintenance experience in similar file.
- Language Skills: Intermediate English
- Agencies in Middle east
Task Description:
- Carry out mechanical maintenance and repair works for the Heavy equipment.
- Repair and maintenance of the heavy machineries such as telescopic cranes, reach stacker, empty container handlers, Spreaders, on
- Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults.
- To provide an estimate for work to be done including bill of required material and estimated labor time before commencing work.
- Repair and replace damaged or worn parts.
- Perform overhauling for Engine, Transmission, PTO, Gearbox and differential.
- Dismantle/reassemble equipment (under supervision of Line Manager if required) as and when required.
- Read and understand operating manuals, service manuals, mechanical and hydraulic drawings.
- Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.
- Test mechanical equipment after repairs or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
- Ability to perform work in a workshop and outside environment.
- Work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned
