Job Summary The teamworks with clients to help them address a range of businesschallenges, including strategy development, revenue growth,operational excellence, risk management, and technology enablement.

They provide guidance on issues such as regulatory compliance,customer experience, productivity, and market and competitiveanalysis.

The team's goal is to help clients become moreeffective and competitive by improving operations, managing costs,and aligning people, processes, and technology initiatives.

• Excellent organisational skills, having the ability toprioritise workload whilst being resilient and being able to copewell under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• ProvenIT skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• In depthfinancial sector acumen and the underlying market forces affectingthe performance of organisations and their strategic objectives.
• Proven strong conceptualised thinking and analyticalcapabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills(verbal and written), particularly ability to articulate conceptsand recommendations in written form (PowerPoint reports, chartsetc.).

Educational Qualifications & CertificationsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, andEconomics, Technology or other related major required


Years ofExperience:
1+ years of experience in the Financial Services field.
