- Collaborates with senior leadersto deliver cost effective and efficientperformance.
- Supports the implementation ofhealth safety and wellbeing (HSW) policies, procedures, guidancenotes and standards.
- Carries out audits andinspections on behalf of the business and assists with theresolution of non-conformities raised in third partyaudits.
- Participates in the development of newstandards and ensure ongoingcompliance.
- Analyses results of audits,corrective actions and key performance indicators(KPI's), identify gaps for continuousimprovement.
- Ensures Incident Investigationsare completed on time and lessons areshared.
- Manages & provides leadershipto a team of Managers and Professionals, ensuring the principles,structures, tools/capabilities, and responsibilities are in placeto deliver area plans and deliverexcellence.
- Provides performance management,technical development, and coaching.
- Workscollaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbontransition and share responsibility for the proactiveidentification and management of the associated carbon emissionsand reductions during the delivery ofwork.
