• Drive operational excellence bydeveloping and monitoring Key Performance Indicators(KPI's), such as sales volume, revenue, gross margin,customer satisfaction, and inventory turn/dwell, to identify trendsand areas for improvement
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to align strategies, anticipate operationalrisks, and implement solutions that improveworkflows
• Serve as the primary point of contactto manage escalations, addressing customer concerns, compliancematters, and resolving any priorities related to the UsedCar/trade-in business
• Develop and executelong-term strategic plans to scale Tesla's trade-inbusiness multiple times over, considering relevant overlaps withother Tesla departments, market trends, customer experience, andtechnology/resourcing
• Demonstrate strongpresentation skills to deliver clear and concise information,effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies to variousstakeholders within the organization
