    Qualifications

    A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or professionals.
    • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional and confident demeanour.
    • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and precisely.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and proactively address issues.
