    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Thisposition requires a proactive and organized individual who canprovide administrative and office support to the overall team tofacilitate day-to-day operations smoothly and efficiently.

    Thesuccessful candidate will understand and adhere to the Values,Mission and Vision of UDST and provide administrative andsecretarial support.

    The successful candidate will serve as aprimary point of direct administrative contact and liaison withother offices, individuals, external institutions and agencies on arange of issues; utilize knowledge and understanding of underlyingoperational issues to assist in administrative problem solving.

    Thesuccessful candidate will provide support for associated activitiesthat includes managing the schedule/calendar, making travelarrangements, screening and handling telephone communications,greeting and directing visitors and dealing with administrativeproblems/inquiries as appropriate.

    The incumbent will organize andfacilitate meetings, conferences, and special events as requested;schedule and coordinate date and time, venue, attendance, agendaand facilities, take minutes/notes and provide administrativesupport along with follow-up on matters arising from meetings.

    Thesuccessful candidate will establish and maintain files/records forthe Office; gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain records,files and database, as appropriate in addition to being responsiblefor the administration, security, confidentiality, and retention ofoffice files.

    The successful candidate will create, compose, andedit technical and/or administrative correspondence anddocumentation; prepare a variety of technical, statistical,financial and narrative report, letter, memo, and other writtencorrespondence and screen/evaluate incoming and outgoingcorrespondence and prepare response as appropriate.

    The incumbentwill serve as front desk receptionist/admin assistant during mealbreaks, rest periods, and at other times when needed.

    Thesuccessful candidate will assist in the coordination, control, andcompletion of special projects; prepare presentations, assist otheradministrative assistants and perform assigned tasks specific tothe respective Business Unit.
