We are looking for a field supervisor for our mobile car wash company.


Responsibility.

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning activities of a team of washers.
• Train and provide guidance to new and existing washing staff to ensure high standards of washing.
• Inspect and evaluate the work of washing staff to ensure compliance with established washing standards.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of washing supplies and equipment.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding washing services.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of washing staff and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate washing activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with parking and safety regulations and guidelines.

Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and sales.

• Handle cash management and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
• Supervise and manage a team of car washers to achieve sales targets.
• Take proactive measures to achieve or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the car washing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively train and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Provide handson support to staff during peak business hours, assisting with customer service, order fulfillment, and problem resolution.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Valid driving license.
• Must have a NOC.

Salary will be discussed upon interview.


Salary:
QAR2, QAR4,000.00 per month
