• Oversee the daytoday operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, personal growth, and career development
• Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
• Manage budgets, including inventory control, labor costs, and profit margins
• Ensure compliance with all local and national health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community partners
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale dining environment
• Proven track record of success in managing highvolume operations and delivering strong financial results
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of local and international food and beverage trends and best practices
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to providing a memorable dining experience
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other restaurant management tools
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events
