As a Pattern Maker / Cutting Master, you will play a crucial role in the production process by creating accurate patterns and executing precise cuts to ensure the quality and fit of our garments.

You will collaborate closely with our design team to translate design concepts into tangible patterns and serve as an integral part of our production team.

• Develop precise patterns for garments based on design specifications, ensuring accurate sizing and fit.
• Utilize various patternmaking techniques and tools to create prototypes and samples.
• Interpret design sketches and technical drawings to create pattern templates.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns to achieve desired fit and comfort.
• Prepare and organize pattern templates for production, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Utilize cutting tools and equipment to accurately cut fabrics according to pattern specifications.
• Monitor fabric usage and minimize wastage through efficient cutting techniques.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the patternmaking and cutting process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to pattern making and cutting.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pattern Maker or Cutting Master in the garment industry.
• Proficiency in patternmaking software such as CAD systems.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and fit principles.
• Excellent knowledge of cutting techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret design sketches and technical drawings accurately.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for precision and quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced production environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Certification or formal training in pattern making and cutting is a plus.
