Your tasks:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our data management efforts


Your responsibilities will include:

Data Input:


  • Accurately enter data into the system from various sources.

Data Verification:


  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entries to maintain data integrity.

Database Maintenance:


  • Regularly update and maintain databases with the most current information.

Quality Checks:


  • Conduct quality checks on data to identify and correct errors.

Report Generation:


  • Assist in the generation of reports based on entered data.

Data Security:


  • Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies.

Task Prioritization:


  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflow.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related roles.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
