    Purpose of Job:To provide dynamic creative leadership for Peak'sprogramme for Young People ; and collaborate with PeakCo-Directors to develop and deliver a creative, cross-disciplinaryprogramme benefiting artists, Young People and intergenerationalrural communities, rooted in the context of the BlackMountains.


    The Co-Director (Young People& Programme) will lead on all Young People'sprogrammes, co-create and embed non-extractive evaluationframeworks; lead on Peak's long-term mission to embedYP's governance at the heart of the organisation; andwrite and implement a dedicated Young People's EngagementStrategy, increasing access and opportunities for those facingintersecting barriers to participation.

    This role has been fundedby Paul Hamlyn Foundation and ArtFund.
