    The HR and AdministrationOfficer plays a vital role in the efficient functioning of theorganization by managing human resources activities andadministrative tasks.

    They are responsible for overseeingrecruitment processes, employee relations, performance management,and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    Additionally, they handle administrative duties such as officemanagement, procurement, and facilities maintenance to ensure aconducive work environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruitment andOnboarding:

    • Coordinate the recruitment process from jobposting to hiring, including sourcing candidates, screeningresumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selectionprocess.
    • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires,ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and culture.
    • Maintain accurate records of employee information anddocumentation.

    Employee Relations and Performance Management:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries andconcerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timelymanner.
    • Assist in performance evaluation processes,including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and providingfeedback to employees.
    • Implement employee engagementinitiatives to foster a positive work environment and improvemorale

    Compliance and Policy Implementation:

    • Stayup-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance inall HR practices.
    • Develop and implement HR policies andprocedures, updating as necessary to reflect changes in legislationor company needs.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensureadherence to HR policies and procedures

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs within the organization andcoordinate training programs to enhance employee skills andcompetencies.
    • Facilitate workshops or seminars on topicssuch as diversity, harassment prevention, and leadershipdevelopment.
    • Monitor employee training progress andevaluate the effectiveness of traininginitiatives.
