Technical Buyer/Procurement Officer-Engineering

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for technical goods or services.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and delivery terms.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and technologies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement or changes.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and track supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of purchasing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for technical purchasing decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent
• Having similar role at-least 5years in Qatar, and knowledge in Qatar Market to procure items for Housekeeping, F&B items, specially in Engineering Maintenance Items in operations,(households- building and office equipment), Office supplies and materials.
• Has Certification and training in Supply Chain Management.
• With valid driving license in Qatar.
