Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs, including inperson sessions and online courses.
  • Create training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and videos, that are clear and easy to understand.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide oneonone and group training sessions to clients and internal staff.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and incorporate them into training programs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT training or a related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT systems, software, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with elearning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Certifications in ITrelated fields, such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
